The management team are responsible for overseeing the company's strategy, policy, investments and controls. This is implemented and managed on an ongoing basis by the executive board which consists of Robert Blane (Director), David Dick (Technical Services Manager), David Scott (Project Services Manager) and Ron Gerlach (Project Services Manager).

| After serving an apprenticeship as a ship draughtsman at the Ailsa Shipbuilding Company in Troon, Robert spent the last three years of a ten year period with the company in the design office, working on various newbuilding contracts. Offered a transfer to British Shipbuilders' other Small Ships division yards on the Clyde upon closure of the Troon drawing offices, Robert elected for pastures new and joined Seadrec Ltd in Paisley, where he worked as company naval architect on dredger design and conversion for 4 years, before leaving to join TRITEC in June 1988. Initially employed by TRITEC as naval architect, he was promoted to Director in 1993, a position which he has held since. |
David Dick

| David embarked his sea going career in 1990 with the Royal Fleet Auxiliary, serving on a wide variety of vessels. This was followed by employment with P&O Nedlloyd, the Natural Environmental Research Council and Global Marine. David then took a shore based position with Lloyd's Register in 2002, maintaining fleet systems within the Marine Data Systems division. David joined Tritec in January 2004 as Project Supervisor. In line with company expansion, David was appointed to Technical Services Manager in July 2010. |
David Scott

| David progressed though the ranks as a sea going engineer on steam and motor tankers finally serving as Chief Engineer with Northern marine Management Ltd, before coming ashore 2005. Since then, David has been involved with Ship building in the Far East as Site Manager before returning to the UK as Superintendent and later as a Ship Manager for ships in operation. David moved internally across to Tritec in June 2010 where he currently holds the position of Project Services Manager. |
Ron Gerlach

| Ron joined Tritec in 2003 after graduating in Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering from the Technical University of Berlin. Since 2005 Ron has been involved in various Newbuilding Projects as the Construction Manager for a number of VLCC’s, LPG’s, Bulk Carriers and RoPax vessels, and was based in all of the major Korean Shipyards. Ron returned from Korea in August 2010 to rejoin Tritec, taking on his current position as Project Services Manager. Since 2007 he is a full Member and Chartered Engineer with the Royal Institution of Naval Architects. |
